Gary Lineker worn and signed Barcelona shirt

Gary Lineker worn and signed Barcelona shirt
Gary Lineker worn and signed Barcelona shirt. This was given to the current owner by Gary Lineker we have a letter signed by Peter Shilton confirming he was aware and knows of the presentation and the fact its a worn shirt.Gary went from Everton to Barcelona (1986-1989)
After a series of very good performances at the 1986 World Cup in Mexico, Barcelona signed Lineker for £2,200,000. His Golden Shoe-winning performance at the finals led to much anticipation of success at the Nou Camp, and he didn't disappoint, scoring 21 goals in 41 games during his first season, including a hat-trick in a 3-2 win over arch rivals Real Madrid. Barcelona went on to win the Copa del Rey in 1988 and the European Cup Winners' Cup in 1989. However, Barcelona coach Johan Cruijff decided to play Lineker on the right of the midfield and he eventually lost his place on the first team.He went to Tottenham after leaving Barcelona. We also have a Lineker 1990 World cup shirt for sale.
